Popertee was founded in 2016 in Dublin by their CEO, Lucinda Kelly. It was born as a basic marketplace connecting brands with spaces for short-term marketing and retail campaigns. What became evident very early on was the requirement from brands and marketing agencies for data to help drive better decisions for planning and measuring physical
