Pitrem is a nonprofit community organization that supports the social, professional and economic integration of young people and adults aged 35 and under. It offers individualized guidance towards employment or returning to school, including job search assistance, paid internships in companies and career planning support. The organization provides
school refresher activities to help participants prepare prerequisites and succeed in studies. Pitrem also promotes civic engagement through volunteer opportunities and community involvement projects. It collaborates with employers and partner organizations to create work-based learning opportunities and facilitate hiring. Through these services, Pitrem focuses on helping participants develop skills and autonomy related to the labour market.
