A start-up that provides products and services to small and medium sized companies in order to help them engage their employees, define their business strategy and become more productive.
The company has two lines of business:
The first one, that is active in the market today: Mover la Roca, is a business consulting product that helps small
and medium sized companies achieve their goals through a better understanding of their product, company, customers, offer and campaign. The product is delivered through 10 to 12 two hour workshops with the owners or directors of the company.
For this first line of business the company is working with 5 customers.
The second one, PeripliaHR, has not completed its development pending financing. PeripliaHR is comprised of two products that can work together or as whole: PeripliaData and PeripliaTools.
PeripliaData: Is an HR information system that organizes the data of the employees and provides useful reports to better understand the size and composition of the companies workforce. PeripliaData will include a module to monitor the productivity of its workforce.
PeripliaTools: Is a set of tools that help the company attract, align, develop and compensate the right type of persons for their business.
PeripliaHR will be a web based service that companies can acquire through one year memberships or, in the case of stand alone tools (i.e., Employee Survey) buying the specific tool the customer needs.
For this second line of business the company has run two pilots, limited to the available tools, with the same number of companies.
The company is targeting initially the Colombian market and, in a second stage, Latin America.
