Company Performance Metrics
The group's activity focuses mainly on investment, both financial and real estate. These activities are carried out directly by Perennius, or any of its subsidiaries. Notably, three major areas:
Private investment in unlisted companies:
It is developed by two companies with two different performance strategies. On the one hand,
directly Perennius develops what They call Capital accompaniment, and on the other hand, Fides Capital SCR SA develops venture capital activity. The main difference between the two approaches is the degree of maturity of the projects in which it invests. Mientra Fides Capital invests in established several years of life companies, Perennius invests in SMEs, start-ups or new development projects. Additionally, it performs Perennius own business incubation projects.
Real estate investment:
In the real estate area, Perennius makes a property business through two subsidiaries in two distinct segments. On the one hand, Citrus Limited is a company which patrimonializa investments in offices, both independent offices and entire buildings. On the other hand, Plector Properties is a company which invests in apartments in the center of Madrid for further rent. Currently it has a portfolio of 20 apartments and is constantly looking for new investment opportunities.
Investment in financial assets:
Perennius invests in financial assets, both long term as to place cash surpluses. In the long-term investments are sought hard assets with strong fundamentals and which can provide a stream of recurring revenues collaborate to support the recurrent costs of the group. In the case of the tips of liquidity looking for a liquid asset that allows a competitive return to the market in the short to medium term.
