Pan Cancer T is a biotechnology company that develops T‑cell receptor T‑cell therapies to treat solid tumors. The company’s lead therapy candidate, PCT1:CO‑STIM, is engineered to recognize a tumor‑restricted antigen called ROPN1, a target expressed in over 90% of cases of certain cancers such as triple‑negative breast cancer (TNBC) and melanoma.
The therapy also incorporates a proprietary co‑stimulatory engineering design meant to overcome immune resistance often present in solid tumors, thereby improving T cell durability and response potential even in hostile tumor microenvironments. Pan Cancer T’s pipeline extends beyond TNBC. The company is developing TCR‑T therapies for a broad range of solid cancers, including cancers of the bladder, ovary, colorectum, prostate, skin, oesophagus, lung, and brain.
