Palpation Diagnostics develops ProstaPalp a medical device to identify and diagnosise prostate cancer faster, cheaper and less painful.
It is a team of urologists and engineers working to use stiffness measurement to identify tissue type in the prostate gland. Our product could greatly reduce the number of patients who receive unnecessary
biopsies, and make the diagnostic pathway more cost-effective.
The technology was developed at Heriot-Watt University and the University of Edinburgh, and will soon be spun out. We are looking for seed round investment to help us to reach our next development milestone.
