The P2Brasil was created jointly by the Homeland Investment and Promon groups for managing private equity investments in infrastructure, mainly in Brazil. The P2Brasil focuses primarily in the following infrastructure sectors: logistics and transportation, oil and gas, water and sanitation, and distribution and transmission of electricity. The
target sectors should provide attractive investment opportunities, including improvement and development of existing infrastructure projects, consolidation of fragmented industries and development projects embryonic. Fatherland and Promon believe that joint management provides a competitive advantage to P2Brasil differentiated, allowing the centralization efforts in a single investment strategy. The long history of performance and return on managers, as well as their experiences in the Brazilian market, are key elements in the conduct of P2Brasil strategy.
