We are a small team with 2 ambitious goals:
1) Solve the housing crisis.
2) Destroy loneliness - provide people their group of friends.
We are building new technology (combing both software and hardware) for creating a better housing and building software to make it easy to find 3 housemates you can share a 4bd apartment with.
The software we build focus on matching potential housemates not only by compatibility (cleanliness level etc.) but also by analyzing user personality and trying to predict who are likely to become close friends.
Our goal is to offer a premium housing product that everybody wants at 50% lower than market prices.
Vertical integration
Similarly to Apple and Amazon we believe in vertical integration:
1) Software
2) Design, architecture and engineering.
3) Development and Construction.
4) And we are working towards manufacturing apartment in factories.
This is how we want to grantee great experience at a much lower price!
