OutVote is a youth-led civic engagement organization that focuses on Gen Z LGBTQ+ voters. The organization runs programs that combine digital organizing, community-based power-building, and civic education to increase voter registration and turnout. OutVote offers a paid fellowship that trains and supports young LGBTQ+ organizers to lead
peer-to-peer outreach and host mobilization events in key districts. Its Action Network engages volunteers and partner organizations to spread voting information and coordinate local voter registration and engagement activities. OutVote also conducts and publishes research on Gen Z civic trends and the political participation of LGBTQ+ communities. Through these initiatives, it provides tools, training, and networks that support sustained democratic participation among queer and trans youth.
