About the Company
Optizen LABs formerly Telecom Media Sp. z o.o. is one of the leading companies operating in the Premium SMS and Mobile Entertainment sector in Poland. In June 2004 the Company managed to attract an investor: BB Capital fund, currently holding over 69% of its shares. At the same time Telecom Media has become one of the biggest distributors and
manufacturers of multimedia content aimed at mobile phones in the market. In January 2006, within the framework of the second financing round, the company managed to attract another investor: MCI Management fund, which has subscribed for 25,07% of shares, enabling the company to strengthen its market position and invest in new products and distribution channels.
