OPAL-DDD is a non-profit organization that focuses on democratizing sustainable development through collaboration between businesses, community organizations, governments, schools and citizens. It uses the three circles of sustainable development framework, integrating finance, environment and community, to guide its work. The organization develops
and supports local projects such as corporate volunteering programs, youth education initiatives, sustainable mobility efforts and food security activities. OPAL-DDD also curates resources, including videos and educational content, to help enterprise leaders and community actors better understand and act on social and environmental challenges. By building neighbourhood-based networks and fostering structured partnerships, it encourages companies to align economic activity with community welfare and environmental responsibility.
