Onyx & Amber is a whiskey company that sources barrels from distilleries in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and other regions, then ages and finishes them in Colorado’s dry climate and shifting barometric pressure. The company bottles these casks into single-barrel releases, limited editions such as the Copper Buffalo Series, and blended expressions
including the Guest Blender Series and Commodore’s Cut. Onyx & Amber operates a distillery and warehouse where visitors can conduct barrel tastings, hand‑fill bottles, and participate in private blending sessions. It also runs a Kentucky Experience in Louisville that offers curated tastings, blending classes, and custom barrel selections. Additional offerings include an Owl’s Nest Ambassador membership program, private blending and single‑barrel programs, and branded merchandise sold online.
