ONBOARD is a startup that provides products and digital services in cities through a means of universal access such as for buses, trains, trams, etc. ONBOARD has four solutions like chatbots, Digital Ticketing Device and Modular management dashboard. Our proposal is to make the urban transport system of passengers more flexible and versatile,
integrating different cities, systems and modals through technology. The ONBOARD app brings facilities and benefits for the users and managers: - The ONBOARD app replaces the need of the public transportation system smartcards, getting rid of physical tickets; - The ONBOARD app allows the user to access the ticket gate using the smartphone, via NFC (Near Field Communication); - The ONBOARD app allows the user to buy the credits using the smartphone and credit cards; - The user has a unique register, and this is valid for all transport systems; - Standardization of the access in modals; - No more queues to load your public transportation ticket. ONBOARD operates by handling the user registration and credits purchase online, what guarantee more autonomy to the user, turning every user into a new supply terminal. This scenario creates a relationship 1x1 (user x supply terminal), what is, in the current model, impractical, once there is the need of high investment on equipment and places to use the equipment.
