A user-centric digital-health platform having both hardware and software components. The hardware component is a “smart” thermometer that performs a comprehensive physical assessment during a 30-second “temperature reading.” The parameters recorded include respiratory and cardiac data, together with vitals. The app and cloud (software)
components of the platform analyze the data and enable tracking of a user’s physiological trends to detect deterioration or monitor improvement. This tracking data can be viewed by the consumer, a remote carer/physician, or automatically monitored by algorithms running in the cloud to generate reports and alerts. A healthcare provider using the OmnySense platform can provide proactive preventative care and enable informed telemedicine visits while minimizing the number of physical visits required.
