Officience is a French-Vietnamese company that designs and implements outsourcing solutions. Its ITO and BPO services are tailor-made according to clients’ needs.
The company’s services are based on four competencies, including business process outsourcing: database management, HR and sales support, data processing, market and business
intelligence, and customer support; content management: translation, transcription, publishing, design, management and analysis of multilingual content; and artwork focused on 2D, 3D, and GIS-geographic information systems; IT development: web design, HTML conversion, software development, MS SharePoint development, and software quality assurance and tests; and onshore consulting: services deployment, data migration and management, and operational support.
Officience was founded in 2005 and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with an office in Paris, France.
