Oasis is a private investment fund management company which focuses primarily on Asia. The firm manages global, market neutral, multi-strategy funds in Hong Kong, Texas and Tel Aviv. It operated offices in London, Singapore, Sydney and Stamford as well.
Oasis managed the DKR SoundShore Oasis Fund Ltd. from 2002 to 2011 with assets under
management reaching $3.3 billion. Oasis launched the Oasis Investments Limited Fund in 2010, which focuses on several investment strategies in global capital markets arbitrage, trading and investing.
Oasis launched the Oasis Investments II Fund, a global, market neutral, multi-strategy fund with a primary focus on Asia, in November 2011.
Oasis invests wherever opportunities arise in any capital market and company capital structures. Investments are chosen based on their optimal risk-adjusted return profiles.
