The Company was founded by Kevin Farfan and Geoff Farfan. NCPC, intends to serve a wide variety of entrées that will be of Caribbean Chinese, Thai and Indian origin. These entrees include traditional chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetables dishes. Additionally, the business will offer a wide variety of beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages, which Management expects will generate a significant portion of the Company’s revenue.
