About the Company
The Northern Alberta Business Incubator (NABI) opened its doors at 13 Mission Avenue on March 16, 1989. The facility is a converted school building originally built in 1952. The building is 16 000 square feet. Approximately one-half of this space is leaseable space. The building houses thirty-two (32) offices of varying sizes. The amount of
leasable space is a major constraint to attaining self-sustainability through office rentals. NABI, formally known as The St. Albert Business Development Centre (BDC) was originally established under the City of St. Albert By-Law No. 17/89.
