A Cubi is a free webpage which any service provider is free to create to market a service they offer to their local area. Their Cubi gets a vanity URL and gets put on the sites internal local area map so others can see what services are on offer in their neighborhood.
On Cubi Call, people who are looking for any service, send out a request
which is in turn sent to all the relevant Cubi owners in their area (based on skill and location) who in turn bid against each other for that person's business.
