Together, Mr Wellisch and Mr Sullivan set out to develop the model and brand for an industry-leading online talent contest and content delivery platform. The vision was to create a disruptive re-imagining of the highly popular televised music contests to leverage the migration of user content consumption to mobile social mediums.
On the 14th of August 2017, MSMCi announced the appointment of International superstar USHER as headline judge, mentor and brand ambassador. As Chief Creative Director, Usher will be marketing and promoting the brand accross his social media platforms, provide feedback to Performers and engage with Fans.
The Megastar Millionaire App has undergone extensive BETA testing and will be available for download in the USA on the 30th of September 2017. Prize money for the winning contestant is US$1.0M.
