Founded in 1993 by Miriam Sion Adissi - a prominent figure in the Brazilian labor market - MSA has established a partnership and cooperation relationship with companies and candidates. Ethics and respect guide the team's attitudes, such as the practice of off-limits, confidentiality of information and exemption in the evaluation of candidates. Today, the company has a team of about 30 employees working nationwide, from the four offices located in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife.
In its Recruitment division, MSA Human Resources conducts a large flow of recruitment processes by qualified professionals, as well as the handcrafted and personalized work developed by the Executive Search division in search of leaders for strategic positions.
