As a physician in occupational medicine, I saw firsthand how fragmented our career infrastructure had become. Leadership and nonclinical
opportunities were buried, access was limited, and existing platforms weren’t built with physicians in mind.
We launched Mozibox to bring visibility to these overlooked pathways—and the response was immediate. Thousands of physicians joined within months. But we quickly realized that visibility wasn’t enough. Physicians weren’t just looking for options—they were looking for clarity, connection, and the support to move forward with purpose.
Today, Mozibox uses AI and community to help physicians discover and land high-impact leadership and nonclinical roles. These opportunities are now becoming visible, accessible, and physician-first.
