The African continent is young, innovative, and optimistic. The continent however faces a growing challenge in its youth unemployment numbers. Africa is the only region where the youth bulge will continue to grow in the foreseeable future, presenting both an opportunity to reap the demographic dividend and a threat to social cohesion.
