We’ve started Moonka.space because I was frustrated by some of the mechanisms that are now ubiquitous in IT recruitment.
The endless spam, the poorly formulated job requirements, the often meaningless buzzword-sounding values that companies talk about.
The core of the idea is that jobs are just working relationships where both side has a great
opportunity and both sides benefit.
Following in the footsteps of @paulg, we started with things that don't scale easily: we developed a methodology to work with companies hiring, where we talk with decision makers and engineers alike. We build transparent profiles, where true values shine through, where stacks are realistic and requirements are clear.
Our audience is developers and we help companies communicate their needs to them.
