There are many tiny house manufacturers that can't handle larger projects. The giants, however, are very inflexible and expensive. We are developing unique software that can adapt existing building designs to modular construction technology using "generative design". The generated model ("digital twin") already contains information on construction standards, production, and delivery conditions of the modules. This makes it possible to expand the decentralized production network of factories to implement projects of different sizes and in different locations.
