MedGlobal Group (MGG) is an international marketplace for medical equipment, products, and services, and we publish a unique, fully interactive digital magazine named INSIGHTS. MGG is a healthcare technology-based group out of Queretaro, Mexico, and we create and operate platforms serving the healthcare industry. MGG is not new; we have been the
largest marketplace platform for the health industry in LATAM since 2014 (previously ventasmedicas.com.mx). MGGs new platform launched in May 2022 and now serves an international audience. MGG considers two competitors in the industry: Dotmed – based in New York, built in 1999 using a third-party platform. Dotmed is the largest in the industry; however, is reached a growth limit, and the lack of technology has created a complicated, overpriced, and undesirable platform. User focus groups indicated that users disliked Dotmed but hesitated to move due to a lack of alternative quality platforms. Bimedis – based in Ukraine, built using a third-party platform. Bimedis mainly focuses on Europe and is not large. Pricing and technology do not align with today. About Insights Digital Magazine MGG published the first ever fully interactive digital magazine – INSIGHTS. Insights is not a PDF put into a website reader; Insights is a fully interactive, media-rich digital magazine designed so a reader wants to consume. As MGG is the creator and developer of Insights, we have few limitations on creating unique content and advertising. Unlike a PDF, Insights provides content in new ways by adding improved imagery, videos, audio, animations, attachments, direct lead generation, and more – as stated, we have few limitations. Our newsletter/magazine subscriber base consists of 22,500 and growing. Our platform received 300,000 visits, 1M pageviews, and since rebranding and relaunching in May 2022, we are scaling an average of 12-22% weekly. MGG sees >40,000 events daily and has generated over 50,000 social media followers. Future of MGG MGG is always growing. We recently received our first investment seed round and are adding team members to meet our growing demand. Some new projects in production are an auction platform, advisory board, MGG Network, learning platform, and more. We are proud to be part of the healthcare technology world.
