MBS Collective operates a digital movement and wellness community focused on movement, flexibility, and holistic wellness programming for women, femmes, and non-binary individuals. The organization offers three-week online capsule cohorts that combine yoga, flexibility and contortion training, pole fitness, and general movement classes with guided
self-reflection and mindset work. Members can enroll in all-access tiers that include live Zoom classes, downloadable e-guides, daily accountability check-ins, and access to an archive of on-demand classes. Additional tiers provide recordings-only access for self-paced participation. MBS Collective also runs one-off Shapeshifter flexibility workshops, online creative movement sessions, and in-person pole and flexibility workshops in studio settings. Program structures emphasize progressive technical training, nutritional and educational content, and community interaction through group chats and a private Discord space. Across its offerings, MBS Collective centers structured movement education, habit-building support, and ongoing community-based practice.
