How does it work?
Step 1: Field workers can download and install the Lystloc app on their smartphones (iOS and Android). Step 2: Once the setup is completed. The app records real-time location, travel routes, task or meeting check-ins and check-outs, meeting notes, costs, and more of the field employees. Step 3: Now, the managers and administrators can assign tasks, configure geofences, approve check-ins, track mileage and distance traveled, and examine data and analytics via the web dashboard and mobile device. Step 4: To enable field workers to work in low-connectivity areas and then upload routes, check-ins, and other data once online, the system synchronizes data, sometimes even with offline capabilities. Step 5: Managers will use the insights to monitor productivity (e.g., meeting coverage, travel efficiency, and attendance dependability), address deviations (e.g., unexpected travel, missed visits), and optimize field operations.
