They are headquartered in San Diego, however their rustic furniture ships directly from one of their 25 manufacturers. Delivery is free of charge to the lower 48 states on
orders over $139. For an incremental and economical fee, they can arrange to ship their log furniture to Canada, Alaska and even Hawaii.
Log Cabin Rustics was originally established as a family business in 2002, and was run by two sisters – Cari Haus and Carla McPherson. Based on the many testimonials from satisfied customers over the years, it was clear that excellent customer service was the cornerstone of business operations, and this legacy continues today under the current owners, Debby and Michael Lauffenburger who purchased Log Cabin Rustics in 2009.
They offer rustic furniture from only those manufacturers who have demonstrated outstanding workmanship, meet their delivery commitments, and stand behind their products and warranties. All of their manufacturers are based in North America - all in the United States with the exception of one in Canada. They recognize that every customer’s needs are different and will work closely with you to determine which products will best meet your needs.
