to deliver and support Loc8 Codes for
use throughout the island of Ireland.
Loc8 Code is headed up by Gary
Delaney who is widely recognised as
an expert in all matters relating to
GPS. The Loc8 Code team is made
up of Navigation and Mapping
experts, Electronics and Software
engineers and experienced
Support,
Sales and Administrative staff.
Loc8 Codes technology was developed
by GPS Irl Ltd to allow road users in
Ireland and overseas markets such as
Africa and the Middle East, get better
and more efficient use of their Sat
Navs.
Initially Loc8 Code will be targeting
companies in the logistics and
navigation industries. Loc8 Code has
been tested with Garmin in Ireland
since June 2008.
Loc8 codes help to resolve the
challenges associated with poor
property addressing. A Loc8 Code is a
short Character Alphanumeric Code
which defines geographic position to
within +/- six meters
