Lighthouse kickstarts connection as the first social platform that allows you to passively broadcast your availability. Make plans, reconnect with old friends, chat with peers — all with the
ease and spontaneity of pressing a button. 'Turn your lights' on to any ring of friends: close friends, friends, lost friends, acquaintances. Make a group of your soccer team or freshman dorm and turn your lights on to them, too. It's as simplistic and deep as you want it to be.
When your lights are on to a user, they'll get a notification saying so, and, with the tap of the notification, can go straight into a call with you. Or, they can go into the app, and see who's online. Worried too many people will call you? Don't worry. When Lighthouse sees you're on a call, it'll automatically put you offline. Want to specify what you want to talk about, or for how long you're free? Intuitively post a short status and set a timer for your lights.
