Company Performance Metrics
LETI is a voluntary network of built environment professionals that develops guidance to align buildings with net zero carbon goals. The organization brings together developers, engineers, architects, housing providers, planners, academics, sustainability specialists, contractors and facilities managers. LETI publishes open-access technical guides,
primers and opinion pieces that define performance targets and methodologies for operational energy, embodied carbon and whole life carbon. Its publications include design guides, retrofit frameworks, client guidance and modelling tools used by practitioners and local authorities. LETI also coordinates workstreams, consultations and webinars that support policy responses and practical implementation of net zero carbon standards. Through these activities it provides reference material and frameworks that inform how buildings are briefed, designed, procured, constructed and operated.
