Larzon Capital, founded in 2010, is an independent and hands-on financial advisory firm dedicated to clients and businesses in the Nordic region. We work with Nordic small and medium sized companies, who are in the quest of solving some of the great problems in this world. We help our customers in their most difficult financial problems weather it
is mergers and company acquisitions or planning your fundraising activity. Our independence enables us to give completely objective advice. The team brings extensive investment banking and strategic advisory experience both from international and Nordic firms, from three different points of view: From Owners perspective, from Operational perspective and from Advisors perspective. Our team has been working in financial sector for more than 20 years and therefore we are very hands-on, cutting directly into action and doing less powerpoint presentations.
Our aim is to be the leading independent advisory firm in our selected field. We operate from Helsinki, but we are very digital-friendly operator, working with all the modern communication tools to any location needed.
We value honesty, fairness and transparency and we prefer to act rather than sit in the long committees. Additionally, we want to be easily approachable and we prefer to work with like-minded people.
