Photo Chemical Machining Company The Beginning: Kemac Technology is a contract manufacturer that was established in 1995 as a result of an acquisition of TRW’s captive etching facility. The company is known for its high quality, fast-turnaround and customer focus. In addition to standard etching capabilities, Kemac takes pride in its nitinol,
titanium and thin foil experience.
Kemac’s strong engineering background enabled it to become the first company to successfully etch nitinol, and it continues to push the boundaries of conventional etching.
The company occupies a single, 20,000 square foot manufacturing space that is located approximately 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, in Azusa, California. Plant tours are offered to current and potential customers who are interested in learning about the etching process.
