Kaeli is an AI executive assistant built for individual senior salespeople managing real client relationships. Instead of asking the rep to log data into a CRM, Kaeli captures from their natural workflows (email, calendar, voice notes, chat), produces the client-facing artifacts the rep would otherwise have to write manually (emails, meeting prep
briefs, quotes, status reports, follow-ups), and presents them in a morning production review queue. The rep reviews each draft, edits if needed, and ships.
Kaeli runs a three-step loop: Capture (frictionless ingestion), Produce (drafts of client-facing work generated overnight), and Review-and-Ship (a Gmail-style queue of drafts ready for the rep).
