About the Company
We, at KADAM aim at tackling the problems of uneducated youth migration to urban cities which lead to urban slums, rampant violence & street children. To tackle this at the grassroot level, we try to create viable employment opportunities at the village level for the youth & women and for the children — good education conditions. For
creating employment opportunities, our volunteers/ professionals work towards creating small/medium enterprises leading to greater utilization of local resources and teach artisan’s concept of quality and commitment which is an essential requirement to sustain themselves well.
