The K.M. Group’s journey of architectural excellence started when their Chairman Mr. D.P. Jain started his career in the real estate business. Later on, his elder son Mr. Amit Jain joined him in business and they carried the business very successfully earning the name for their quality work. In year 2009, Mr. Karan Jain joined the saga and since
then they have been working on the continuous growth towards the Vision of the Company.
Mr. Amit Jain expanded the business and continued it in an organized way. He carried on the development of several residential complexes and developed a number of Apartment/builder floors in Shalimar Garden, Vaishali and Kaushambi area. In the year 2006; under his guidance, the Company expanded in the area of Hospitality along with Commercial real estate and successfully launched first five star deluxe hotel of Ghaziabad namely “Radisson Blu Hotel” and KM Trade Tower comprising of over 7 lack sq. ft of constructed area.
Today, K.M. Group is known as a prominent name on the real estate radar of Delhi-NCR. They are on a journey of architectural excellence since their inception 25 years ago.
