Through its software, the company offers its clients with complete forms such as SARL, SAS, SCI, EURL, and SASU to collect data on legal documents concerned. Based on the answers, the software generates a draft document that allows lawyers to check and specify their rates. Once the data is collected, clients are contacted by the selected lawyers through telephone interviews to identify their needs, to check whether the act generated by the software is suitable for their situations, and to answer their questions.
