Company Performance Metrics
- John Gallie: Owner
This piece concerns JTG Systems and its founder, John Gallie. Born in May of 1985 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Mr. Gallie spent his formative years in Pelham, attending several educational institutions including AK Wigg, Glenn A. Green, EL Crossley, and Niagara College. Since the age of ten, he has been actively involved with computers, having
discovered an early passion for the field. Through countless hours spent reading, experimenting, and fixing his own equipment, he has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in repairing both PCs and Macs.
According to Mr. Gallie, repairing computers is a skill that is both natural and learned. He differentiates between technicians who hold flashy certifications but lack hands-on experience, and true experts who can diagnose, repair, and reassemble nearly any computer. He takes pride in regularly challenging himself and stepping outside his comfort zone, working on some of the most expensive and complex computers available.
In addition to his proficiency with computers, Mr. Gallie is a trained mixed martial artist. He studied under Tom Burtnik from the age of seven until 2002, earning numerous awards and achievements, including his black belt in mixed martial arts. He also served in the Department of National Defense/Lincoln and Welland Regiment from 2002 until his voluntary release in 2005, during which time he honed his problem-solving and critical thinking skills while training in various weapons and tactical strategies.
In August of 2005, Mr. Gallie founded JTG Systems, initially known as JTG Computer Repair. As the business expanded to include repairs for a variety of electronic devices, the name was changed to reflect this wider range of services.
JTG Systems has established a positive reputation in the Niagara community, with numerous referrals from satisfied customers. The company's experienced technicians are capable of repairing PCs, laptops, cell phones, gaming consoles, and most other electronic devices. Onsite technicians are available for hardware issues, and mail-in services are available for customers outside the Niagara area.
JTG Systems has provided service for a wide range of local businesses, including Rock Way Glenn, IPN Consultants LTD., Welland Avenue Chiropractic, Accelerated Health Center, The Printing House, Green bean cafe, Salvation Army Booth Centre, The Smart Shopper, Lochness links, TELUS, Rogers, Cineplex Digital Solutions, and Napa Auto Parts. The company has received multiple awards and certificates of appreciation, and customer testimonials attest to its commitment to professionalism and quality service.
In addition to its involvement with numerous barter organizations, JTG Systems has been a past member of the St. Catharines and Thorold Chamber of Commerce and BNI, where it was a top referrer in its group. The owner, John Gallie, was awarded King Linker in 2006 by Know it all Niagara. The company has also provided service to local law enforcement officers and helped fix computers used in forensics for the NRPS. JTG Systems takes pride in its community-minded approach and strives to provide trust and confidence to its customers.
