Jagaha’s mission is to connect our clients in India to properties as successfully & efficiently as possible. Properties that will help companies in India to move forward, Jagaha’s ambition.
Our premise is simple: now & even more so in the future, searching & shortlisting of properties will occur online, but closing real estate
deals will remain offline. And to provide the maximum value to our clients, Jagaha must be in control of the entire process from start to finish.
Jagaha launched in April 2016 and we have become a leader in Mumbai commercial real estate with more commercial properties in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai on our property portal & database than other property sites or real estate agency in the Mumbai metro area.
Today we have over 35,000 commercial properties (offices, entire buildings, shops/showrooms, restaurants) for rent and sale where 100% of the properties are direct with us from the owner or the developer. To boot, 100% of the properties with Jagaha have been verified in person by a member of our staff.
