Ivarface produces mixed media sculptures based on hand sculpted pieces, digitally created pieces and scanned images. Ivarface sells limited editions of theme pieces from this site and also creates custom pieces by scanning individuals to create one of a kind personalized pieces of art.
Pieces are produced using different materials depending on
the design of the piece. Metal finishes and patinas vary from piece to piece and since every piece is individually finished by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. The materials used to produce the pieces could be plaster or polymer based including photo sensitive polymers. Pieces are fragile and will shatter if dropped. Pieces are not designed for exterior applications. Although their mixed media pieces look like metal, they are not made of solid metal.
