DATA PRIVACY provides services throughout the country and has a multidisciplinary team that favors the inherent legal aspect to the regulations
governing technology and information security and communications (Data Protection, Electronic Commerce Payment -e and TEF, computer contracts, implementation and auditing Management Systems Information Security) all under the regulations determined by the EC Directives and internal regulations materialized amongst others in the Organic Law 15/1999, Law 34 / 2002 and ISO 27001. Thus, the human base is composed mostly law graduates, practicing lawyers, specialists in various branches of law of ICT, subject to obtain the cooperation of Telecommunications Engineering, one with the CISA qualification and specific agreements and conventions with companies to develop projects and services in specific fields and materials (computer, network security, etc..).
When it comes specifically to the Management Systems Information Security three members are certified by AENOR as Implementers and Auditors and the culmination of this training has been successfully achieved in 2006 certification of our company after the completion of system implementation.
