IQ One – is a management company, working on information technologies market. Main objectives of the company include establishment of an effective dialogue between investors and innovation companies, attracting investments in high-tech industries, development of Russian IT sector.
IQ One conducts active investment activity in the sphere of IT,
renders services on search and selection of investment projects, is engaged in organization and support of transactions on purchase and sell of IT companies, cooperating with institutional and industry investors. We render services on cost value and activities of innovative companies in the interests of owners.
In 2008 IQ One in cooperation with the management company Atlanta created funds of venture investments in the sector of information technologies - Atlanta Start and Atlanta venture. Funds focus on seed and start-up investments in the segment of the Internet and New Media. Strategic and operational management of portfolio projects funds are engaged in IQ One.
In the process of our investment activities, we have developed effective standards for the selection, assessment and management of IT projects, formed a team of professionals which now employs professional evaluators, managers, financiers, lawyers with rich experience in IT industry.
