InvenTech’s platform allows the programmed in-situ creation of a wide variety of 2D and 3D cell cultures with an apparatus that is simpler and less expensive than those offered by
competitors.
As of 2020, InvenTech was conducting proof of concept studies on its culture plate lid prototype with automated fluid-exchange capabilities. A central control unit (CCU) will be created to store and dispense media and reagents. An image analysis system interprets and communicates with the CCU, and machine learning will allow the platform to create more complex cellular processes.
