InMapz is an AI-powered digital twin and indoor mapping platform for building infrastructure. The company turns static floor plans into interactive, searchable maps that serve as the operational interface for facility and infrastructure teams—replacing the manual searching, tribal knowledge, and lost technician hours that come with paper plans and
traditional text-and-table CMMS systems. Using AI agents trained on architectural drawings, with human validation for accuracy, InMapz converts existing floor plans (PDF, JPEG, PNG, DWG, DXF, and Revit) into interactive digital twins far faster than manual CAD conversion. Every asset, work order, sensor, and maintenance log is anchored to a physical location on the map. Core capabilities include AI floor-plan digitization, QR-code field workflows (scan a piece of equipment to surface its spec sheet, service history, and open tickets), IoT and telemetry integration, preventative maintenance scheduling, audit surveys, and wayfinding. Native iOS and Android apps provide offline access in basements, tunnels, and other areas without connectivity, and Insta360 360-degree photos and LiDAR scans ingest as native map layers. InMapz is built as the spatial layer that sits on top of—or replaces—existing CMMS, IWMS, and BMS platforms via REST API and webhooks, rather than requiring a rip-and-replace migration. It is purpose-built for facilities-management workflows rather than retrofitted from a generic mapping tool, and it is delivered as a turnkey solution: no servers, no consultants, and no multi-month implementation, with existing floor plans becoming live, field-ready maps in days. Customers retain full ownership of their data with unlimited export and no lock-in. The platform is offered as a per-portfolio SaaS subscription that scales by square footage, from a free tier for a single building up to enterprise portfolios, with operational modules bundled into higher tiers rather than licensed separately. InMapz is used across aviation, healthcare, education, retail, government, and commercial real estate. Customers include Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam Alliance in aviation; Stanford Health Care and Riverside Medical in healthcare; Pasadena Unified and Stockton Unified in education; and Aeon Malls and Universal Stores in retail. To date, the platform has digitized more than 100,000 buildings spanning over 1 billion square feet, including digital maps of 300+ airports and 1,500+ malls and retail centers, alongside Fortune 500 enterprises, healthcare networks, universities, government facilities, and real estate operators. The platform is enterprise-ready: SOC 2 Type II certified, with SAML/SSO support (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regional data residency across the US, EU, and APAC, full audit trails, and a cloud-native architecture.
