inlogic.ca is started as a consulting company specializing in large scale sales compensation systems for wireless carriers in Canada. In early years, they worked as part of a team of 20 to 30 people, delivering several large scale variable compensation requirements for an incumbent wireless carrier in Canada. In Canada, there are only three
incumbent wireless carriers servicing the majority of the populations, each carrier paying several hundred million dollars of compensation payments annually to various distribution channels such as independent dealers, retails, corporate store and their sales representatives.
Since year 1997, their team developed and successfully delivered some of the key components of the variable sales compensation systems, including wireless billing system interfaces and staging processes and core compensation rule engines which are still in use today by the incumbent wireless carrier.
They have supported processing millions of transactions per month, paying out $700 million of annual commission payments to the sales channels that the carrier supports.
