They have been in the renewable sector since 1990. They have developed and patented numerous technologies and sold them to developers. Some of the technologies are biomass to ethanol, water sterilization, tires to chemicals and biosolids to chemicals. During this time they constructed bench and pilot models to ensure the effectiveness of the
processes.
The most effective of all of the technologies they developed was the conversion of Municipal Solid Waste to gasoline. The technology once completed and designed was reviewed by 2 universities and aided in the development of a propitiatory catalyst. The process was then reviewed by a leading engineering firm and a report completed. Given all these reviews and the use of off the shelf equipment a large insurance firm offered a comprehensive wrap to the purchaser. With all the details completed the current purchaser of the license felt secure enough to complete a transaction and purchase a license. Since they saw an opportunity for growth and security they purchased 20% ownership in the company that will move it forward . The purchaser has also asked us to hold on to further territories to complete the sale of 4 more licenses within the next year.
They are also working on other technologies which will create diesel and jet fuel from such varied organic material as biomass and stranded natural gas.
