grounded support.
The platform is powered by a psychology-first AI foundation model trained on therapist-developed datasets, enabling evidence-based and culturally aligned understanding of emotions, family dynamics, stigma, and socio-economic stressors.
Healo currently supports over 850K+ users as a 24x7 first line of care, delivering emotional support in 93+ languages through voice-based and low-literacy user experiences. It also functions as a clinical risk triage system, connecting high-risk users to psychologists and expanding access in remote regions.
Its three-layer safety architecture detects distress and clinical risk, while a human-in-the-loop framework escalates severe cases to therapists or helplines in compliance with HIPAA, CDSCO, and ISO 27001 standards. Unlike generic chatbots, Healo integrates AI-driven support with human clinical oversight to deliver personalized, stigma-free mental healthcare at scale.
Infiheal has been lauded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 108th Mann Ki Baat. The founder was invited to speak at the World Economic Forum, Davos 2026.
