Independence Brewing Company, which was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1994, is a regional producer of fresh, high-quality, preservative-free craft-brewed ales, lagers, porters and seasonal beers. The Company's products are marketed under the 'Independence' label. The Company produces seven products: four styles of beer which are
offered year-round, Independence Ale, Independence Lager, Independence Gold and Independence Porter; and three which are seasonal beers, Independence Franklinfest (Fall), Winter Warmer (Winter) and Quaker City Wheat (Summer). The Company brews, kegs and bottles its products at its brewery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for wholesale distribution generally by 17 independent wholesale distributors in seven states and the District of Columbia.
