The Inclusive Network offers companies a cooperative approach to recruiting that reduces bias and improves time to hire metrics by repurposing interviews with rejected applicants into short-form video candidate introductions called Lead-Ins.
Organizations anonymously collaborate on the Inclusive Network to share interviews of rejected candidates
which supports those applicants by surfacing them to other employers who may be of a better fit. This cooperative approach to candidate screening and selection is grounded in the belief that for any rejected candidate at company (x), there is finite number of potential better matches at company (x1,x2,…xn). A distributed approach to interviewing means employers see more relevant, qualified candidates.
This augmented recruitment model improves hiring efficiency as well as diversity and inclusion outcomes. The candidate population experiences a modern solution to hiring which leverages short-form video as a new medium for candidate screening and selection activities. The use of video reduces resumé sorting and gatekeeper biases providing for a fairer opportunity of employment.
Organizations on the Inclusive Network can earn Inclusive Network Tokens (INT) for their participation. This INT is an Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain ERC-20 utility token. These INT tokens are awarded to companies providing interviews to the network and the same tokens can be used for broadened access to candidate Lead-Ins.
